Tyler Papp, our talented and award-winning Brewmaster, brings over 20 years of experience and an undeniable passion for the craft to every batch of beer he creates. After refining his skills at several renowned breweries across Western Canada, Tyler set up shop in Comox and is RAD's brew scientist!
With a focus on quality over quantity, Tyler’s approach to brewing is simple: craft beers that appeal to a wide range of palates while staying true to the art and attention to detail that defines RAD. This dedication has earned him multiple accolades, including a bronze medal for his American Style IPA at the recent Canadian Brewing Awards.

A light lager brewed with rice for a super dry finish, with a light handed hopping giving a balanced and easy drinking beer.

Medium-bodied and crisp, this golden beauty boasts a balanced blend of Chinook and Perle hops giving notes of pine, spicy florals and citrus.

An absolutely banger Chocolate Porter brewed with 25KG of Organic free-trade cocoa nibs, a heavy dose of chocolate malt and finished with an organic chocolate extract. This is liquid dark chocolate in a glass!

Classic dark lager, with notes of chocolate, coffee and Biscuity malt with a light handed hopping finishing clean and crisp.

A classic British style Extra Special Bitter, brewed exclusively with British malts, hops and yeast for a full, rich finish.

Hazy Pale Ale brewed with wheat, oats and loads of hops giving a fruity finish and creamy mouthfeel. Hazy fans rejoice!!

Light maltiness and low ABV make this a perfect easy crusher. Notes of biscuit malt are balanced by a tropical hop profile, finishing smooth with flavours of Mango and tropical fruits.

West Coast style India Pale Ale with a hint of caramel malt flavour balanced with a heavy dose of classic "C" hops finishing smooth and hoppy with light citrus notes and resinous pine flavours.

A brewed to style example of a Classic Kolsch. Clean flavour of grainy malt with a light fruity and noble hop note finished with a traditional Kolsch-style yeast.

A luscious Oatmeal Stout, this beer pours dark brown with smooth roasty notes, a hint of coffee and a smooth finish with the addition of oatmeal. Balanced nicely with an assertive bitterness.

Our take on a fresh hop style beer. Using hops that are harvested within hours to maximize the freshness and deliver the most dank, oily hop goodness possible!
Tasting Notes: Hoppy, Dank, Fresh
Brewed to style Belgian Witbier, with a pillowy soft wheat and oat base showcasing Belgian yeast flavours. Orange peel and coriander are added to the boil creating a unique flavour finishing with a bubblegum note.
